Wellness Services Disclaimer
Serenity Spring IV Wellness provides wellness-focused IV hydration and nutrient therapy services intended to support general wellness, hydration, recovery, and lifestyle performance.

Medical Screening & Clinical Oversight
All services are provided under medical direction and may require completion of health intake forms, screening questions, and/or consultation prior to treatment.
Serenity Spring IV Wellness reserves the right to modify, delay, or deny treatment based on medical assessment or safety concerns.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. We request that clients arrive on time for scheduled services.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments due to safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, incomplete forms, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits where applicable.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.
Due to the customized and medical nature of IV therapy services, completed services are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing and services are subject to change without notice.
Mobile IV Services
For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible environment for treatment.
Serenity Spring IV Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if staff safety is a concern.
Travel fees or minimum service requirements may apply based on location.
